Online Donation for non profit business
There are two parts to this issue that you need to consider. One of
them is how you want to manage donations (a donor management system) and
the other is how you want to process payments (payment processor)
For donor management, there are a number of options out there that are either fully hosted services or standalone systems that you can install on your own. The fully hosted services typically handle the payment processing part for you, but not always. There are a ton of donor management options out there. You can read plenty of discussion on Quora about Donor Management systems: Donor Management
For payment processing, I have personally integrated with Paypal, Authorize.net into our NP bank account, and IATS. IATS I believe has the lowest fees, but it also has the worst management interface. I find PayPal to be the easiest to setup and maintain and I don't find the fees to be unreasonable. Again, its probably best to look at all three and decide which one best suits your needs.
If you go with a hosted Donor management system, it may not matter.
